4-0 week lands Keeney PacWest Pitcher of the Week honors
QUEEN CREEK, AZ - Notre Dame de Namur senior
hurler Cierra Keeney (Tracy, CA/Merrill West) has
been selected the PacWest Pitcher of the Week.
The award was announced on March 17 by the conference information office in Queen Creek, AZ, and is for games played March 10-16.
Keeney posted a 4-0 week by winning a quartet of PacWest conference games. She permitted just a 0.75 earned run average, allowing three earned runs while striking out 14 batters in 28 innings of work.
Keeney tossed a pair of two shutouts and four complete games during the stretch.
