hurler Michelle Farrell (Tempe, AZ/Corona del
Sol) has been selected the PacWest
Pitcher of the Week.
The award was announced on March 31 by the conference information office in Queen Creek, AZ, and is for games played March 24-30.
Farrell registered a 4-1 week in six appearances with a 2.06 ERA for the antelopes.
She tossed four complete games with one shutout, striking out 25 batters while giving up just 10 earned runs in 34 innings of work. Opponents hit just .218 against the Grand Canyon starter.
