Krystal Plunkett retains PacWest Player of the Week honor
QUEEN CREEK, AZ - Hawai‘i Pacific sophomore Krystal Plunkett (Kapolei, HI/Kapolei) has been chosen as the PacWest Player of the Week for the second consecutive time.
The award was announced on March 17 by the conference
information office in Queen Creek, AZ, and is for games played
March 10-16.
Plunkett led the Sea Warriors to a 5-0 week and a win over Division I Maine by hitting .571 (8 for 14) with two doubles, a home run, three runs scored, three walks and three RBI.
She also registered a stunning .929 slugging rate and produced a .647 on-base mark.
