Dreessen earns PacWest weekly honor
QUEEN CREEK, AZ - Notre Dame de Namur sophomore forward Jennifer Dreessen (Danville, CA/San Ramon) has been chosen the PacWest Player of the Week.
The honor is for games contested from Jan. 28-Feb. 3.
Dreessen guided the Argos to a two-game sweep of Dixie State, pushing NDNU just a half game behind first-place Grand Canyon
She averaged 15.0 points and 8.0 rebounds per game during the week while shooting 66.7% from the field (12 for 18). She also doled out 3.0 assists per contest.
PacWest Weekly Top 10 Women's Basketball Honor Roll
Sheila Azevedo (Hilo, HI/Waiakea) - The senior guard scored 22 points and collected nine rebounds for Hawai‘i Hilo in the Vulcans' loss vs. BYU-Hawaii on Saturday.
Karras Blate (Yosemite, CA/Yosemite) - The junior guard from Hawai‘i Pacific hit 7 of 12 three-pointers (58.3%) en route to averaging 15.5 points per game. She made 10 of 19 field goal attempts (52.6%), was 4 for 4 from the foul and averaged 5.0 assists per game.
Jessica Carver (Layton, UT/Layton) - The Dixie State junior forward averaged 13.0 points and 8.5 rebounds last week in a pair of tough losses at NDNU.
Richelle Fenenbock (Coeur d'Alene, ID/Lake City) - The BYU-Hawaii freshman guard scored 15 points, pulled down five rebounds, doled out seven assists and recorded four steals in a victory over Hawai‘i Hilo.
Hoku Holdcraft (Orem, UT/Mountain View) - The junior guard from BYU-Hawaii scored 19 points by making 6 of 8 (75.0%) shots from the field. She drilled 4 of 6 (66.7%) from beyond the arc and averaged 3.0 assists per game.
Ashley Kualii (Hilo, HI/Waiakea) - The Hawai‘i Hilo junior guard posted 19 points, six assists and four steals in the Vulcans lone game of the week - a loss vs. BYU-Hawaii. She was 5 for 5 from the line and made 2 of 3 three-point attempts.

Pacific averaged 19.0 points, 3.5 assists and 6.0 rebounds
per game in two victories over Chaminade.
Jocelyn Norris (Bakersfield, CA/Liberty) - The senior center averaged a double-double for Hawai‘i Pacific in two victories over Chaminade last week. She posted a league-best 14.0 rebounds per game and scored 12.5 points per contest. She shot 50.0% from the field by making 11 of 22 field goal attempts.
Caitlin Prager (Valley Stream, NY/Kellenburg) - Chaminade's rookie forward averaged 12.0 points and 8.5 rebounds per game in two tough losses vs. Hawai‘i Pacific.
Agnes Tuilevuka (Suva, Fiji) - She led BYU-Hawaii to a 100-86 victory over Hawai‘i Hilo in its lone game last week by scoring 22 points, shooting 81.8% from the field (9 for 11) and pulling down five rebounds.
